水通道蛋白2与心血管疾病

摘    要:水通道蛋白2是1993年被克隆确认的水通道蛋白家族中的一种,位于肾脏集合管主细胞管腔侧和靠近管腔侧的囊泡内,是血管加压素依赖性水通道,是调节肾脏集合管对水通性的关键蛋白,在调节肾脏水平衡中起重要作用,并被认为是维持体内水平衡的必须物质;水通道蛋白2是血管加压素对肾脏集合管调节的重要对象,进而达到改变集合管主细胞水通透性的目的,起调节方式有两种,即短期调节和长期调节;水通道蛋白2的调节机制异常与某些心血管系统疾病,如充血性心力衰竭、高血压的发病和其所致的病理生理学改变密切相关。

Abstract:Aquaporin-2(AQP2),cloned in 1993,is a water channel to depend on arginine vasopressin(AVP),is a key protein to mediate the permeability of collecting duct,is a important thing to regulate water balance in kidney,is a necessary substance to keep water balance of body,Where it locate on the apical membranes and in the vesicles near the apical membranes of principal cells of the collecting duct in kidney.AQP2 is regulated by AVP by both short-and long-term mechanism,AVP mediate AQP2 to change permeability of collecting duct in kidney.Abnormality regulation of AQP2 is associated with some cardiovascular diseases and their pathophysiology mechanism,such as congestive heart failure(CHF) and hypertension.
