| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨产后出血发生的相关因素及护理对策,提高护理水平,降低孕产妇死亡率。方法:对68例产后出血患者进行回顾性分析。结果:导致产后出血的原因中,子宫收缩乏力30例,胎盘因素21例,软产道损伤8例,凝血障碍4例,心理因素5例。结论:产后出血的防治关键在于加强孕产期监护和高危妊娠的筛查,准确测量产后出血量,重要环节在于产时、产后的严密观察与护理。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the related factors and nursing measures of postpartum hemorrhage,and to improve the level of care and reduce maternal mortality.Methods：68 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Leading causes：uterine contraction fatigue of 30 cases,21 cases of placental factors,soft birth canal injury in 8 cases,4 cases of coagulation disorder,psychological factors in 5 cases.Conclusion：The key to prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is to strengthen the maternal care and high-risk pregnancy screening,accurate measurement of the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.Strict observation and care within intrapartum and postpartum are important. |
