复合乳酸菌治疗肝性脑病的疗效观察

目的观察复合乳酸菌治疗肝性脑病的疗效。方法将66例肝性脑病患者随机分成两组，对照组均给予支链氨基酸、门冬氨酸鸟氨酸、乳果糖等常规综合治疗，治疗组在常规综合治疗的基础上，加用复合乳酸菌口服，每次2粒，每天3次。结果治疗2周后，治疗组血氨水平（62．50±15．85）umol／1，对照组血氨水平（71．27±13．25）umol／1，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组总有效率为66．7％，对照组总有效率为39．4％，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复合乳酸菌可增加肝性脑病的治疗效果。

Clinical Study of Compound Lactic Bacteria in Treatment of Hepatic Encephalopathy

Objective To evaluate the medical effect of compound lactic bacteria in patients of Hepatic Encephalopathy. Methods 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups：control group of 33 cases,treatment group of 33 cases. Control group was given conventional treatment. Treatment group was treated with compound lactic bacteria and conventional treatment. Before and after the treatment, venous blood were collected to the determination of ammonia concentration,and observed the change of the clinical symptom. Results After treatment of two weeks, venous blood ammonia concentration was found lower in both groups, but the therapy group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The efficiency of hepatic encephalopathy in the therapy groups were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Compound lactic bacteria can improve the therapeutic effects in Hepatic Encephalopathy.
