抗抑郁药物对肠易激综合征患者治疗效果与肠道敏感性的影响

目的探讨抗抑郁药物对肠易激综合征患者治疗效果与肠道敏感性的影响。方法肠易激综合征患者120例根据入院顺序分为治疗组60例和对照组60例，两组都采用传统方法治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用抗抑郁药物黛力新治疗。结果治疗组总体疗效（96．7％）明显高于对照组（75．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。对照组只有疼痛频率的有效率与治疗组相当，治疗组其他各单症状有效率都明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），尤其是大便紧迫感与腹胀方面（P〈0．01）。结论应用抗抑郁药物治疗肠易激综合征患者可提高总体疗效，其中对疼痛时间、大便形状、大便紧迫感和腹胀等肠道敏感性有明显改善作用，值得推广应用。

The Treatment Efficacy and Intestinal Sensitivity Effects of Antidepressant Drugs for Treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective To investigate the treatment efficacy and intestinal sensitivity effects of antidepressant drugs for treating irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 120 cases with irritable bowel syndrome were equally divided into two groups：the treatment group and the control group of 60 cases under a hospital order. The two groups were treated by the traditional methods, but the treatment group were added the antidepressant drugs （deanxit）for treating. Results The overall efficacy of the treatment group（ 96.7% ）was significantly higher than the control group （75.0% ,P〈0.05 ）. Only pain frequency efficacy of the control group were similar to the treatment group, the other symptoms with irritable bowel syndrome of the treatment group efficiency were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05） ,especially the stool sense of urgency and bloating（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusions Antidepressants used in irritable bowel syndrome patients can improve the overall efficacy which has significantly improved role for the time of the pain, the shape of the stool, the stool a sense of urgency and bloating and other intestinal sensitivity that should be widely applied.
