同型半胱氨酸在进展性脑卒中的变化

摘    要:目的通过动物模型分析探讨同型半胱氨酸在进展性脑卒中的变化。方法Wistar雄性小鼠30只,以随机设计法分为观察组和正常对照组各15只,观察组建立进展性脑卒中模型,观察两组饲料喂养后血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的周期变化,同时进行病理观察。结果观察组第4周及第8周末的血浆Hcy水平明显高于同时期的对照组(P〈0.01),8周末观察组小鼠的病理检查呈现明显的血管与动脉损害情况。结论同型半胱氨酸是造成小鼠脑血管内皮细胞结构损伤和功能异常的重要原因,可能是进展性脑卒中的一个新的致病危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To explore variation of homocysteine in progressive cerebral apoplexy by animal model. Methods Totally 30 Wistar male mice were divided into observation group and control group(each 15). Cerebral apoplexy model of observation group was established, observing periodic plasma homocysteine variation( HCY) and pathology. Results Via observation,in the 4th and 8th week,observation group showed significantly higher plasma HCY levels than control group( P〈0.01). Meanwhile, observation group showed significant capillary and artery hurt in pathological examination at the end of the 8th week. Conclusions As a main cause for cerebrovascular endothelial cell structure injury and dysfunction in mice, HCY may be a new pathological risk factor for progressive cerebral apoplexy.
