常见妇科疾病居家护理方案的应用效果分析

目的 探讨常见妇科疾病居家护理方案的应用方法与效果.方法 将160例常见妇科疾病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各80例,治疗组给予积极的居家护理,对照组给予常规性社区护理.结果 治疗组的抑郁与生存质量评分在护理前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组在护理前后的得分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗组的常见妇科疾病知识掌握优良率为95.0％,对照组为70.0％,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 居家护理方案的应用有利于常见妇科疾病生存质量的改善,同时能提高患者对疾病的认知水平和缓解抑郁程度,值得临床应用推广.

Analysis on Application Effect of Home Nursing Program for Common Gynecological Diseases

Objective To explore the methods and effects of home nursing program for common gynecological diseases. Methods 160 patients with common gynecological diseases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 80 cases accorded to the admission of sequential order, the treatment group were given a positive home nursing,and the control group were given routine community nursing. Results The depression and quality of life scores of the treatment group were significant differences before and after nursing（P〈0.05）, so thore were no significant difference in the control group（P〉0.05）. The excellent and good rate of common gynecological diseases knowledge of the treatment group was 95.0% ,so that was 70.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Application of home nursing program for common gynecological diseases can improve the quality of life and the cognitive level with the disease and alleviate the severity of depression,it is worth clinical application promotion.
