剖宫产术中同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床观察

目的探讨剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剔除术的可行性。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月至2011年12月住院行剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者（观察组）的临床资料。选择同期单纯行剖宫产术的52例患者作为对照组。对比分析两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、恶露时间、住院时间。结果观察组、对照组手术时间分别为（58±5.3）min、（34±3.1）min,组间样本均数t检验（t=3.283,P=0.001）;观察组手术时间较对照组明显延长,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。观察组、对照组术中出血量样本均数t检验（t=2.658,P=0.015）,两组间术中出血量差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组、对照组手术后排气时间、恶露时间、住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义（t〈2.578;P〉0.05）。结论根据肌瘤的类型及时选择适当的剔除方案,剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剔除术是安全可行的。

The clinical observation of myomectomy in cesarean section

Objective To explore the feasibility of myomectomy in cesarean section.Methods The clinical data of pregnant women with uterine fibroids（observation group）who underwent myomectomy between January 2006 and December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Fifty-two patients who underwent cesarean section were selected as control group.The operative time,blood loss,postoperative passage of flatus,etc in two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group（t=3.283,P=0.001）the difference was statistically significant.The rest of the indicators were no difference between the two groups（t〈2.578,P〉0.05）.Conclusion Depending on the type of fibroids,the timely selection of appropriate culling program.The myomectomy in cesarean section is feasible and safe.
