老年髋部骨折围手术期综合护理干预的临床意义

目的探讨高龄髋部骨折患者围手术期综合护理对于预防并发症的意义。方法对2007年7月～2010年9月我科收治的159例髋部骨折手术治疗的患者进行综合分析，总结综合护理措施与并发症之间的关系。结果159例手术患者经0．5--2．5年的随访，骨折愈合时间为10～14周，平均12．5周，并发症发生率为4．4％，优良率为90．15％。结论合理的外科手术配合系统的内外科治疗是老年髋部骨折的最佳治疗方法。严谨的护理计划是降低并发症和死亡率的有力保证。

Significance of modulated perioperative nursing for elderly patients with hip fracture

Objective To assess clinical significance of modulated perioperative nursing for preventing complications in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods Between July 2007 and September 2010,159 patients with hip fracture were reviewed for long-term results of surgery. Relationship between modulated nursing measures and complications were analyzed. Results 159 surgical patients were followed-up for over 6 months. All bad their fractures healed within 10 to 14 weeks{ 12.5 weeks in average}. Complication rate was 4.4~. Excellent and good recovery rate was 90.15~//00. Conclusion Surgery combined with medical treatment is a safe and effective method for hip fracture treatment for elderly patients. Strict implementation of the nursing plan can reduce the rates of complications and mortality.
