护理管理与防控医院感染的思路与探讨

目的加强护理管理，预防与控制医院感染。方法从护理管理的各个环节人手，加强护理感染控制的组织结构建设，规范护理管理规章制度；严格护理人员无菌操作技术管理，提高护理人员的手卫生依从性，强化多重耐药菌病人的管理，推进院感信息化实时监测。结果医院感染发生率明显降低，由2008年的4．9％下降至2011年2．1％；环境卫生学监测合格率上升，由2008年73．5％上升至98．7％；手卫生依从性提高，由2008年14．3％上升至2011年39．7％；导管相关感染发生率下降，由2008年3．2‰下降至2．4‰。结论加强护理管理对预防与控制医院感染具有重要的作用。

Ideas and Explore Effective Management in Prevention and Control of Hospital Infection

Objective To enhanced nursing management so as to prevent and control of hospital infection. Methods From all aspects of nursing management, strengthen the construction of the organizational structure of nursing and infection control, standardize nursing management regulations; strict nurses aseptic technology management, improve nurses hand hygiene compliance, and strengthen the management of multiple drug-resistant patients, and promote hospital infection information construction. Results Hospital infection rate dropped significantly from 4.9 % in 2008 to 2. 1 % in 2011;the qualified rate of environmental hygiene monitoring raised from 73.5% in 2008 to 98.7% ;hand hygiene compliance raised from 14.3% in 2008 to 39.7% in 2011 ;catheter-related infection incidence decreased by 3. 2 ‰ in 2008 down to 2. 4%. Conclusion The enhancement of nursing management plays an important role in prevention and control of hospital infection.
