| 摘 要： | 文章通过介绍失效模式与影响分析（FMEA）与根本原因分析（RCA）两种方法的概念、应用情况，尝试融合两种方法成为一种改良的分析方法，论述其在骨科中综合应用的可行性，并以骨科中的髋关节置换术后护理作为例子描述其分析步骤，以便为骨科风险管理提供管理思路。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper,by introducing the concept of failure mode and effects analysis{FMEA）and root cause analysis（RCA） the two methods,application, try the fusion of two ways to become an improved analysis method, discussed in orthopedic feasibility of the application and orthopedic hip replacement in the post-operative care as an example to describe the analysis steps to provide management ideasfor the orthopedic risk management. |
