食管癌中MT-3基因mRNA的表达与含量差异性分析

目的探讨食管癌中MT-3基因mRNA的表达与含量差异性，为阐明食管癌发病机制提供参考。方法选择我院食管癌手术就诊者30例，取肿瘤中心及距肿瘤边缘至少5cm的食管切缘组织进行RT—PCR检测分析，检测对象为MT-3基因。结果MT-3在食管癌组织中的表达量高于正常组织，同时不同病理分期与分化程度的食管癌组织中MT-3的表达量存在差异，分期越低，分化程度越好，其表达量越高。结论食管癌中MT-3基因mRNA的表达与正常组织表达存在差异，同时其表达受到病理分化程度与分期的影响。

The Differences Analysis of MT-3 mRNA Expression and Content in Esophageal Cancer

Objective To investigate the differences of MT-3 mRNA expression and content in esophageal cancer for clarifying the mechanism of esophageal cancer. Methods Selected 30 cases with hospital surgical treatment of esophageal cancer,made the tumor center and at least 5 cm from the tumor margin of the esophagus peripheral tissues to analysis by RT-PCR, the detected object was MT-3 gene. Results The MT-3 expression in esophageal cancer tissues was higher than the normal tissue of the esophagus peripheral tissues. MT-3 expression were different in different phases of pathological staging of esophageal carcinoma, the expression was higher when the staging was lower;and different degrees of esophageal carcinoma in the MT-3 expression levels were different, the expression was higher when the degree of differentiation was better. Conclusions MT-3 mRNA expression in the esophageal cancer is different to the normal tissue expression, while its expression is affected by pathologic differentiation and stage.
