神经外科危重患者家属的心理状态调查

目的了解危重患者家属的心理状态，为临床护理提供依据。方法对危重患者家属150人进行问卷和精神卫生焦虑自评量表、精神卫生抑郁自评量表调查，所得资料进行统计学分析。结果患者家属焦虑、抑郁平均分值明显高于中国成人常模（P〈0．01）；女性焦虑分值较男性高，而男性抑郁分值较女性高；医疗费用支付类型不同的患者家属间焦虑、抑郁分值有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；不同职业的危重患者家属焦虑、抑郁分值评定，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论神经外科危重患者家属有较高的焦虑或抑郁水平；性别不同、医疗费用支付类别不同、职业不同的患者家属，对疾病的心理反应有差别。护士应针对性给予心理干预。

Investigation the families' mental condition of serious neurosurgical patients

Objective To understand the families＇ mental condition of serious neurosurgical patients in order to provide evidence for clinic nursing. Method Invite 150 family members of serious patients and investigate them by questionnaire, self- rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self- rating depression scale （SDS）. Take statistical analysis on the result. Result The SAS and SDS scores of family members are obviously higher than national adult norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Women＇ s SAS score is higher than man＇ s and man＇ s SDS score is higher than women＇ s. There is significant difference on SAS and SDS score between family members with different medical insurance payment means and different occupations （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The anxiety and depression level is high among serious neurosurgical patients＇ family members. The mental reaction on disease of family members with different gender, medical insurance payment means and occupations is different. Nurses should give mental intervention correspondingly.
