| 摘 要： | 目的了解某高校医学生肠道寄生虫感染状况,为在校大学生寄生虫防治工作提供依据。方法采用生理盐水直接涂片法、饱和盐水漂浮法、厚涂片透明法、自然沉淀法对某高校一、三年级大学生659人进行调查。结果肠道寄生虫总感染率为31.11%。其中,不同性别学生之间、城乡学生之间、不同年级学生之间肠道寄生虫感染率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在校大学生肠道寄生虫感染情况仍较严重,需加强高校学生寄生虫感染的防治工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the prevalence of intestinal parasite infection among medical college students,and to provide bases for the prevention.Methods Freshmen and junior of medicos were selected,and parasitological examination were conducted for the infections of intestinal parasite,including physiological saline direct smear method,saturated brine flotation,modified Kato's thick smear and natural sedimentation.Results The total infection rate was 31.11%.There was statistical significance of infection rate between different genders,rural and urban or different grades.Conclusion Intestinal parasite infection is still serious among medical students,and it is necessary to strengthen the control of infection. |
