| 摘 要： | 目的应用药物经济学分析医院中药炮制品的药物经济学意义。方法对我院五种蜜炙中药（冬花、紫苑、麻黄、百部、甘草）和市场采购蜜炙炮制品的效益-成本比和净现值进行分析。结果医院炮制的效益-成本比大于市场采购的效益-成本比,其净现值也大于市场采购品。结论医院炮制中药不仅可以提高医院经济效益,而且可以促进医院中药炮制技术的发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and analyze pharmacoeconomics meaning of Chinese herbal processing in hospitals.Methods On calculating methods of Net Present Value(NPV) for cost-benefit analysis between the market and hospital processing products from five kinds of honey-fried Chinese Herbs.Results The ratio of benefit-cost in hospital processing products was more than market purchase products,and its NPV of hospital was also higher.Conclusion Not only it can enhance economic benefits,and also will push the development of the herb processing technology in hospital. |
