老年癌症晚期患者心理需求和临终关怀的探讨

目的：探讨社区老年癌症晚期住院患者心理需求,了解临终关怀的重要性。方法：采用问卷方式对42例老年癌症晚期住院患者进行相关内容调查。结果：住院患者均出现程度不同情绪症状,分别为抑郁占69.0%、多疑71.4%、孤独64.3%、恐惧66.7%、敌对情绪23.8%。患者对医护人员的要求和希望,分别是要求治疗占66.7%、了解病情76.2%、控制疼痛88.1%、希望接受倾诉78.6%、希望医护人员态度友好71.4%。结论：对老年癌症晚期患者不同心理反应和对医护人员的要求,应提供相关的临终关怀护理,使患者在有限时间内安详地走完人生的最后旅程。

Discuss of the psychological needs and hospitalpice nursing of elderly patients with advanced cancer

Objective To explore the psychological needs of patients with advanced cancer in community, and understand the im- portance of hospitalpice nursing. Methods We questionnaired on 42 cases of elderly patients with advanced cancer and investigate some related contents as well. Results Patients showed different degrees of emotional symptoms of depression were 69. 0% , 71. 4% suspi- cious, 64. 3% loneliness, 66. 7% fear and 23.8% hostility. Patients demanded on different health care from the staff, The patients re- quire treatment accounted for 66.7%, 76.2% of them want to understand their illness, pain control 88.1%, and the percentage who wish to talk and hope friendly attitude were 78.6% and 71.4%. Conclusion we should provide hospitalpice nursing on different psy- chological and requirements for patients with advanced cancer, so that they will end their final journey limited life.
