| 摘 要： | 目的：比较酶联免疫吸附试验（enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay;ELISA）与化学发光分析（chemiluminescence immunoassay,CLIA）检测梅毒螺旋体抗体的优劣。方法：分别用ELISA和CLIA检测5928例术前患者血清标本,并比较两者的检测结果。结果：CLIA法检测梅毒螺旋体抗体阳性198例（3.34%）,ELlSA法检测阳性151例（2.55%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：与ELISA法相比,CLIA法检测梅毒螺旋体抗体操作较规范,易批量操作,漏检率低,是较为理想的梅毒筛查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigated the advantages and defects of ELISA and CLIA, used for detecting syphilis antibodies. Methods The 5928 serum specimens were collected. ELISA and CLIA were applied in syphilis antibodies detection. Results In 5928 specimens, 198 （3. 34% ） of them were positive with the method of CLIA and 151 （2. 55% ） of them were positive with the method of ELISA. The differ- ence between the two methods was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Compared to ELISA, detecting syphilis antibodies by CLIA could raise the detection rate of syphilis antibodies. CLIA is good screening method to detect syphilis antibodies. |
