我国高等医学教育人才培养目标问题探讨

根据现代社会医学发展的新形势,提出与之相适应的高等医学教育人才培养目标，即适应现代社会需要的“知识宽、能力强、素质高”的高级医学人才。为实现这个目标，必须以加强学生思想品德和心理素质教育为前导，以深化教学内容和课程体系的改革为切入点，以培养学生的主体意识和终身学习能力为后驱力，才能培养出高素质的现代医学人才。

Probe into goal of training advanced medical talents in higher medical education in our country

Based on the new situation of the development of modern social medicine,we put forward the goal of training advanced medical talents in higher medical education in our country.Those talents,with ample knowledge,exceptional competence and high quality,will fit in with the needs of the modern society.In order to achieve the goal,it is necessary to strengthen the education of students' ideological and psychological quality as the prerequisite,deepen the reform of teaching contents and curriculum systsem as a pitching-in point,and train the students' subject consciousness and ability of lifelong learning as the drive.Only in this way,can modern advanced medical talents be turned out.
