肾病综合征的中西医结合疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗对原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法80例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为2组，各组40例，对照组给予激素标准治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加服中药汤剂。结果治疗组有效率92．5％，对照组有效率60％，治疗组复发率明显低于对照组，且无严重不良反应发生。结论中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征可以提高疗效，降低复发率。

Nephrotic syndrome clinical observation of traditional chinese and western medicine

Conclusion Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in treating primary nephrotic syndrome can improve efficacy, reduce the relapse rate.
