外源性碱性成纤维细胞生长因子促进腮腺创伤修复的实验研究

摘    要:目的 :观察外用重组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)对腮腺创伤修复的促进作用。方法 :采用宏观、体视学、显微镜图象分析方法 ,对外用重组bFGF对大鼠腮腺创伤修复的影响进行动态分阶段分析研究。结果 :外用重组bFGF明显促进了肉芽组织和毛细血管的增生 ,增强了创伤性炎症增生反应 ,同时无促进腺泡细胞增生和涎液分泌的作用。结论 :外用重组bFGF促进腮腺创伤的愈合 ,减少腮瘘并发证的发生 ,对腮腺创伤的治疗有重要的临床意义

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of basic fibrolast growth factor(bFGF)on parotid wound healing in rats.Methods:In the remained parotid glands after partial parotidectomy,macroscopic examination,stereological methods and microscopic examination were all used to detect the effects of bFGF on parotid wound healing.Results:It could be observed that bFGF promoted the proliferation of granulation tissue and capillaries but did not promote the proliferation of acinar cells of sialic secretion.Conclusion:bFGF can improve the parotid wound healing and decrease the incidence of fishula of parotid gland,which has important clinical significance for the treatment of parotid wound.
