急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床分析(附68例报告)

目的:探讨急性胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性及疗效。方法:回顾分析我院为68例急性胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果:手术时间25~150m in,平均85m in,出血10~100m l,平均60m l,12例放置腹腔引流管,住院3~9d,平均6d,中转开腹2例,中转率2.9%,无胆道损伤病例。结论:急性胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全可行的。

The clinical analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in acute cholecystitis:with a report of 68 cases

Objective:To explore the feasibility and curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) on the acute cholecystitis.Methods:The clinical data of 68 cases with acute cholecystitis underwent LC were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The operation time was 25-150min(average 85min);the blood loss was 10-100ml(average 60ml);drainage tube was placed in 12 cases;the average hospital stay was 6d(3-9d).2 cases were converted to open operation;the conversion rate was 2.9%.No biliary tract damage occurred.Conclusio...
