商丘地区智力低下和发育异常患者的遗传学分析和调查

在我国人群众中的智力低下患者发病率为1%~2%,其中山区的发病率为3.84%左右,是影响我国人口质量的重要原因。据1982年我国12个地区精神流行病学抽样检查,在7岁以上人口中,中重度的智力低下患病率为3.33%,其中染色体异常伴有智力低下和发育异常占有一定比例。本文对遗传咨询中有智力发育不全、生长迟缓、先天畸形、性别异常、特殊面容等异常的患者进行了染色体分析和调查。
