中医药临床疗效评价探讨

中医药学是中国医药卫生事业的重要组成部分,在长期的临床实践中已具有系统的理论和丰富的临床经验,中医药临床疗效评价是其发展的一个瓶颈。中医药临床疗效评价必须坚持三原则:我主人随原则,多学科研究原则,辩证的否定原则。这对于客观、全面地认识中医药的价值,对提高中医药学综合治疗中的地位,完善中医药疗效评定标准具有重要的积极意义,对于中医药学的继承与发展也有着非常重要的意义。

Discussion on clinical evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine

Harmony of Yin and Yang is the normal movement law of all things in universe. According to ancient philosophy, ＂harmony＂ is the highest ideal state of universe. Physical activities of five zang and six fu organs must achieve ＂harmony＂ in order to ensure good health. In clinical , ＂harmony＂ is the purpose of the treatment of disease. In the course of differential treatment of the spleen and stomach disease , reinforcing and reducing concurrently and simultaneously using both cold and hot drugs were the common methods which gave expression to harmonious ideology. Regulating spleen and stomach is one of important treatment principles.
