| 摘 要： | 出血性脉络膜脱离少见,后果较浆液性者为重,甚至可能致盲。本文报告85岁高龄白内障手术所致的出血性脉络膜脱离一例。根据临床表现、检眼镜及B 型超声波等检查作出诊断。经巩膜切开放血性液后治愈。文中对本病发病学,病理、鉴别诊断和防治要点作了讨论。

| Abstract: | Although only a few cases of hemorrhagic choroidal detachment have been found,the consequence is more serious than that of serous choroldal detachment and even results in blindness.This article reports the case of a 85year-old man who suffered from hemorrl agic choroidal detachment due to a cataract operation. According to its clinical characteristics,by means of ophtalmoscopy and B-ultra- sonography we made a diagnosis and cured the patient by draining the blood- containing fluid in a sclerotmy operation.This paper discusses the pathogensis, pathology and the keys to precaution and treatment of such a disease in the hope that it is of benefit to the prevention of blindness. |
