| 摘 要： | 循证医学证据表明溶栓治疗是当前急性脑梗死最有效的治疗方法，然而由于各种禁忌症，许多在时间窗内到达医院的急性脑梗死患者未能接受溶栓治疗。轻型卒中是最常见的原因之一。但近年来，越来越多的证据表明轻型卒中患者也可以受益于溶栓治疗。本文就轻型卒中的概念、病因、病理生理、治疗现状，特别是轻型卒中溶栓治疗的临床研究等进行综述。

| Abstract: | Evidence-based medicine has confirmed that thrombolysis is the most effective therapeutic approach for acute cerebral infarction. However, a number of patients with cerebral infarction arriving in hospital within the time window do not receive thrombolysis for several contraindications. Cerebral infraction presenting with mild symptoms （mild stroke） is one of the most common reasons not to be given thrombolytie treatment. Increasing evidences in the recent years suggested that patients with mild stroke can also benefit from thrombolysis. This essay will review the current researches on mild stroke, including the definition, etiology, pathophysiology and the recent status of treatments, especially on thrombolysis. |
