丙型肝炎病毒疫苗研究进展

摘    要:近年来,在人体内及黑猩猩试验模型中发现HCV天然免疫与特异性免疫能自发清除病毒,表明发展部分有效的针对不同型的HCV疫苗是可能的,这对慢性丙型肝炎的防治有重大意义。此文综述了HCV感染相关免疫保护机制、疫苗研制情况及今后发展方向。

Abstract:The recent discovery shows that the clearance of hepatitis C virus is associated with natural immunity and specific immune responses in human and in the chimpanzee challenge model.Vaccine efficacy has allowed optimism about the development of at least a partly effective vaccine against this heterogeneous pathogen that is responsible to prevent and treat the chronic HCV infection around the world.In this review,we will summarize current development regarding the correlates of immunity to HCV as well as the results of pre-clinical studies using vaccine candidates designed to recapitulate protective immunity and the future HCV vaccination development directions.
