生化丸加云南白药胶囊用于药物流产的临床观察

目的观察生化丸加云南白药胶囊用于药物流产的临床效果。方法将320例自愿要求药物流产．无米非司酮和米索前列醇禁忌症的健康早孕妇女随机分为观察组和对照组，各160例。两组药物流产均采用相同服药剂量和方法。观察组在顿服米索前列醇时加服生化丸和云南白药胶囊；对照组则不加服任何药物。比较两组疗效并进行统计分析。结果观察组的完全流产率（96．87％）高于对照组的完全流产率（90．63％），比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组子宫出血量及出血时间优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．005）。结论生化丸加云南白药胶囊能提高药物流产的完全流产率，减少药物流产子宫出血量，缩短子宫出血时间，疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Shenghua Pill Combined with Yunnanbaiyao Capsule for Medical Abortion

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Shenghua pill combined with Yunnanbaiyao capsule for medical abortion. METHODS 320 medical abortion cases of healthy early pregnant women without mifepristone or misoprostol eontraindication were divided into two groups randomly： study group（160 cases）and control group（160 cases）. Medical abortion with the same dosage and methods. The study group used Shenghua pill and Yunnanbaiyao capsule while took the misoprostol, and the control group took nothing. Compare two sets of efficacy and analysis statistically. RESULTS The complete abortion rate of study group （96.87%）was higher than that of control group（90.63%）, the differences are compared statistically（P〈0.05 ） .The statistical significant difference was detected between two groups in uterine bleeding duration and bleeding amount（P〈0.005）. CONCLUSION Shenghua pill combined with Yunnanbaiyao capsule for medical abortion could increase the rate of complete abortion, the duration of uterine bleeding time was shorten and the bleeding amount was reduced. It is useful in treating bleeding for medical abortion.
