同济大学在校学生心理健康状况分析

目的 了解同济大学在校学生的心理健康问题.方法 用90项精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)作为评定工具对同济大学1 470名在校本科生进行心理健康状况的调查.结果 1.躯体化、抑郁、焦虑因子分高于常模(p＜0.01);2.医学系学生躯体化因子分高于非医类学生,而人际关系因子分低于后者(p＜0.01);3.低年级组抑郁、焦虑因子分高于高年级组,而躯体化、人际关系因子分低于后者(p＜0.01);4.性别上无差别;5.外地学生躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、精神病因子分高于上海学生,差异有统计学意义(p＜0.01).结论 大学生的心理问题不容忽视,帮助大学生建立正确的心理模式十分必要.

Prevalence of Mental Health Conditions of College Students in Tongji University

Objective To find out the mental health Status of College Students. Method 1 470 students of Tongji University were investigated by using SCL-90 questionnaire. Results i. Somatic, anxiety, blahs factors were higher than that of population-based samples. 2. Somaticfactor of students in medicine system was higher than that in other systems, but humen connection factor was under than that in other systems. 3. Depressive, phobic anxious factors of students in low grades were higher than that in high grades, but somatic, humen connection factors were lower than that in high grades. 4. There was no significant difference between male and female students. 5. There existed dominant difference in scores of some factors, such as somatic, obsessive compulsive, depressive, phobic anxious and psychotic factors between local students and students coming frome other provinces. Conclusion The mental problem of College Students can not be ig nored, it is very important that we shall help college students to establish a correct mental mode.
