| 摘 要： | 肝硬化腹水是慢性肝病患者就诊的主症之一,临床比较多见,严重影响着患者的生活质量。张海福主任医师在临床中接诊了大量的肝硬化腹水病人,总结了丰富的经验,笔者跟随张老师学习颇有收益,从肝腹水的病因,病机,相关脏腑各方面,以及中西医结合防治等进行了整理,现总结如下,以飨读者。

| Abstract: | Liver cirrhosis with ascites is the most common complaint of chronic liver diseases patients,which affects patients' quality of life.Dr.Zhang,Haifu has treated a lot of this kind of patients and summarized rich experience.The authors has learned a lot with Dr.Zhang.The authors organized Dr.Zhang's experience in etiology,pathology,related organs,and prevention and treatment of integrated western and TCM to share with readers. |
