剖宫产围手术期预防性应用抗生素的临床观察

目的 探讨剖宫产手术中单次应用抗生素和术后多次应用抗生素对患者相关因素的影响。方法 随机将100例剖宫产手术病人分为两组，50例术中单次应用抗生素为实验组，50例术后给3—7天抗生索为对照组。将两组病人术后体温、血象、切口感染、用药费用、术后住院天数进行比较。结果 两组病人术后体温、血象、切口感染均无显著性差异，用药费用、术后住院天数有显著性差异。结论 剖宫产手术术中单次应用抗生素能达到预防感染的目的，并能为病人减少医疗费用。

Study on perioperative prophylactic antibiotics for cesarean section

ObjevtiveTo compare the effects of single dose of antibiotics during perioperation in cesarean section patients with multiple doses of antibiotics after operation.Methods100 cases who received cesarena section were randomly divided two grops,experimental group:50 cases used single dose of antibiotics during perioperation,control group:50 cases used multiple dose of antibiotics for 3-7 day after operation.Statistic were conducted about postoperative infections complication,cost of medicine and days in hospital between two group.ResultsThe difference of postoperature temperature and duration of fever dropping and hemogram and incisinal infection between two groups were no significant,but the difference of cost of medicine and days in hospitol were significant.ConclusionThe effect of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis is good,and may also reduce the consume of medicine.
