| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经内镜局部化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法 将30例晚期上段食管癌患者随机分为两组：治疗组14例，经内镜局部化疗，并联合放疗；对照组16例进行传统的外科姑息手术治疗，也联合放疗。结果 治疗组与对照组近期缓解率分别为85．71％、68．75％，1年生存牢分别为71．42％、50％。结论 经内镜局部化疗对晚期上段食管癌有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore efficiently treatment of advanced stage superior segment esophageal cancer.Methods The 30 cases with advanced stage superior segment esophageal cancer were randomly separated two groups:Treatment group 14 cases were local chemotherapy treated by gastroendoscopy,comminute with radication;Control group 16 cases were treated by surgical operative treatment,combinate with vadication.Results The treatment group and conerol group remission rates were 85.71% and 68.75%,1 year's survival rates were 71.42% and 50%.Conclusion Superior segment advanced stage esophageal cancer is local chemotherapy treated by gastroendoscopy,cuvative efficavy is distimction. |
