跌打药酒质量标准提高研究

目的研究提高跌打药酒的产品质量，建立相关药材的薄层色谱鉴别和高效液相含量测定。方法采用薄层色谱法，对当归、川芎、赤芍三味药材进行薄层色谱鉴别；用高效液相法，对牡丹皮药材中的丹皮酚进行含量测定分析。结果鉴别方法：薄层斑点清晰，专属性和重复性强，阴性对照无干扰；含量测定方法：操作简单，准确，丹皮酚在2．5272—160．1742μg之间呈良好的线性关系，丹皮酚的回收率为97．79％。结论定性、定量方法准确、简便，对跌打药酒质量标准的提高研究提供科学的依据。

Study on the quality standard for diedayao jiu

Objective In order to control the quality of Diedayao Jiu, we establish TLC method for identification and HPLC method for content determination of relevant Chinese herbal medicines. Methods Use TLC methods for identification of Herba Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Rubra; use HPLC method for content determination of Paeonol in Herba Cortex Moutan. Results The TLC methods we established are simply, steady and selectine. The HPLC method we established is simply, accurate and has a good linearity in the range of 2. 5272-60. 1742μg,with a mean recovery of paeonol as high as 97. 79%. Conclusion The methods we established are easy and accurate. This quality standard can control the quality of Diedayao Jiu.
