自拟加味牵正散治疗特发性面神经麻痹80例临床研究

目的观察加味牵正散的临床疗效。方法将80例面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组，对照组40例给予西药及常规治疗，治疗组40例在对照组治疗的基础上加用加味牵正散治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈率为50％，高于对照组的27．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗组总有效率为92．5％，高于对照组的75％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论加味牵正散佐治面神经麻痹疗效显著，安全性好，值得临床推广应用。

The self flavored Qianzheng san clinical research of treatment of 80 cases of idiopathic facial paralysis

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Self flavored Qiarmheng San. Methods 80 cases facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into control group （40 cases, using western medicine and conventional therapy） and treatment group （40 cases, adding The self flavored Qianzheng scattered on the basis of control group）. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate in the treat- ment group（50% ） is better than the control group（27.5% ）. The total effective rate in the treatment group （92.5%） is also better than the control group（75% ）. The difference was statistically signifieant（P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The self flavored Qianzheng san in the coefficient treatment of Facial palsy is significantly and safe. It is worthy of clinical application.
