扶正祛邪法治疗男性抗精子抗体阳性不育症27例疗效观察

目的：观察扶正祛邪法治疗男性抗精子抗体（AsAb）阳性不育症的疗效。方法：对42例男性不育症AsAb阳性患者随机分为2组治疗。扶正祛邪治疗组27例，强的松对照组15例。结果：治疗组AsAb转阴19例，有效5例，总有效率88．9％，平均疗程56天；对照组AsAb转阴5例，有效5例，总有效率66．7％，平均疗程73天。治疗前后精液检查显示：扶正祛邪法治疗对精子活率、前向精子活动、精子密度及正常形态精子低下有明显的改善作用，且优于强的松。结论：扶正祛邪法治疗男性AsAb阳性不育症，具有疗程短、转阴率高、无毒副作用的优势，能有效地改善精子质量，提高妊娠率。

Treatment of Sterility in Males with Positive Antisperm Anti-body by Supporting Healthy Qi and Expelling Pathogenic A-gent: A Clinical Observation of 27 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of supporting healthy qi and expelling pathogenic agent(SHEP)for sterility in males with positive antisperm antibody(AsAb). Methods: 42 Cases were allocated to treatment group(27 cases treated by SHEP therapy)and control group(15 cases treated by prednisone) randomly. Results: In treatment group, 19 cases were cured(AsAb turned negative), 5 cases effective, the total effective rate being 88. 9% and the average treatment course was 56 days; in the control group there were 5 cases, 5 cases, 66. 7% and 73 days respectively. The examination of sperm before and after treatment showed that the survival rate, forward movement ability, density and number of normal morphology of sperms in SHEP group were markedly improved and higher than that of prednisone. Conclusion: SHEP therapy for AsAb+male sterility elicits short course of treatment, high AsAb negative rate, no toxic and side effects, effective improvement of the quality of sperms and increase of conception rate.
