摘    要:应用大鼠肝微粒体模型,研究SOD对氟所致脂质过氧化作用的影响。结果表明,加氟可使微粒体系统MDA含量显著增加,说明脂质过氧化作用增强;同时加入SOD可拮抗氟致微粒体系统的脂质过氧化作用。

Abstract:The effect of SOD on lipid peroxidation of rat induced by fluoride in vitrt, was studied by modleof rat liver microsomal system. In vitro the experimental results showed that fluoride could significantlyincrease the content of lipid peroxide of rat liver microsomal system, and the lipid peroxidation was antagonizedby adding SOD to rat liver microsomal system simultaneously.
