| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下上消化道穿孔修补的手术方法及临床效果。方法对我院2006-08~2009-10间,行腹腔镜下上消化道穿孔修补术8例患者的临床资料及手术效果进行回顾性分析。结果本组8例均为十二指肠壶腹部溃疡穿孔,全部行腹腔镜下修补术,术后恢复良好,无副损伤,无肠瘘、肠梗阻、腹腔残余脓肿等并发症。结论腹腔镜下,上消化道穿孔修补术结合术后系统抗溃疡治疗,能取得较好的效果,有恢复快,并发症少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and clinical effect of laparoscopic repair on upper gastrointestinal perforation.Methods 8 cases of such patients during August 2006 to October 2009 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results The 8 patients with duodenal ulcer were performed laparoscopic repair.Postoperation,The cases recovery were good,no side injury,no intestinal fistula,intestinal obstruction,abdominal Abscess and other complications.Conclusion Laparoscopic repair of upper gastrointestinal perforation after combined anti-ulcer treatment system can achieve good results,which might have rapid recovery and fewer complications. |
