| 摘 要： | 目的：讨论产后出血的相关因素、处理、预防及护理。方法：回顾性分析129例产后出血的相关因素及处理方法。结果：129例出血的相关因素分别是：子宫收缩乏力占84．5％,软产道损伤、血肿占8。5％,胎盘因素占3．1％,凝血功能障碍占3．9％,对出血原因给予正确处理。结论：产后出血是产科严重并发症,早期预防、正确处理、及时护理,有助于降低产妇死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objeetive:To study the relevant factors of postpartum hemorrhage,treatment,prevention and care.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 129 cases of postpartum hemorrhage of the relevant factors and treatment methods.Results:129 cases of heamorrhage of the elevant factors are:weak uterine contraction accounted for 84.4%,soft birth canal injury,hematoma accounted for 8.5%,accounting for 3.1%of placental facto coagulation dysfunction accounting for 3.9%,for the reasons given to correct bleeding treatment.Conclusion... |
