| 摘 要： | 目的:观察空管药物治疗乳磨牙急慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:临床随机选择106例乳磨牙急慢性根尖周炎的患牙,清理根管无症状后,将自制空管药物盖在根管口,常规垫底永久充填。结果:106颗乳磨牙治疗成功85颗(80.2%),好转14颗(13.2%),失败7颗(6.6%)。结论:本方法是治疗急慢性根尖周病的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of deciduous molar tooth periapicalitis with dry pipe drug treatment.Methods: 106 instances root canal orifice were covered with self-madedry pipe drugs and then underlay permanent filling after root canal was cleared.Results: 85 instances were done well(80.2%),14 were improved(13.2%),7 were failed (6.6%).Conclusion: Dry pipe pharmacotherapy is a modus operandi for acute and chronic disease of periapical. |
