| 摘 要： | 目的：总结７例经手术病理证实的非风湿性三尖瓣赘生物（Ｖｅｇ）的术前超声心动图（ＥＣＧ）特点。结果：７例均有心内分流性病变基础，其中５例为室间隔缺损。５例行Ｖｅｇ病理检查，提示慢性炎性。ＥＣＧ确诊三尖瓣Ｖｅｇ伴钙化３例，２例病理证实。７例中３例ＥＣＧ只见Ｖｅｇ而心脏基础病变漏诊。ＥＣＧ测量的Ｖｅｇ大小与手术所测无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：ＥＣＧ对三尖瓣Ｖｅｇ检测具有高度敏感性，但应仔细检查有无心内分流性病变基础，以免漏诊。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the echocardiographic characteristics of 7 nonrheumatic tricuspid valve vegetation retrospectively. Results: All cases had basic shunt heart diseases,which included 5 ventricular septal defects.Vegetations of 5 cases were examined pathologically,and all had chronic infection.Three cases vegetations were calcified,and two of which were proved by pathology.The basic shunt heart diseases in three patients could not be diagnosed by ECG before operations.The sizes of vegetations measured by ECG had no difference from those by operations(P>005). Conclusion: ECG was very sensitive in the diagnosis of norheumatic tricuspid valve vegetations,but it should be paid attention to that whether there were basic shunt heart diseases. |
