摘    要:目的:对扑感片原制备工艺进行改进。方法:采用薄层扫描法对新、旧工艺产品中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量进行了测定。同时追踪导致马来酸氯苯那敏含量变化的工艺因素。结论:改进的工艺合理,产品质量稳定,马来酸氯苯那敏含曦的均匀度好。

Abstract:Objective: To improve the preparation process of Pugan tabletes. Methods: The contents of chlorphenamine maleate in the old and new technological products were determined by TLC scanning. Conclusion: The improved process is reasonable, the quality of its product is stable. The content of chlorphenamine maleate in the new preparation process is well distributed.
