湖北省鄂州市城区气传花粉调查研究

摘    要:目的调查湖北省鄂州市城区气传花粉的种类、数量,分析其季节消长规律以及与花粉症的关系。方法采用重力沉积法,2003年11月~2004年11月进行了1年的气传花粉调查。同时对鄂州市城区89例花粉症患者采用单价花粉变应原浸液作过敏原皮试,调查其发病季节。结果鄂州市城区1年中气传花粉高峰期主要集中在春季的3~4月和秋季的8~10月,并受温度、风力、降雨量的影响。89例花粉症患者发病高峰主要为春季、秋季,与该地区气传花粉飘散高峰吻合。花粉症患者皮试阳性率最高的致敏花粉为蒿属,其次为豚草属。结论调查结果对鄂州市城区花粉症等常见变态反应性疾病的流行病学研究和临床诊断、治疗、预防提供了重要的依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the types, number of the airborne pollens and allergy asthma in E'Zhou area. Methods A survey of airborne pollen was conducted by the aggregation of gravity in our hospital from November 2003 to November 2004, at the same time the survey of 89 pollinosis in E'Zhou city was carried out to identify the pollinosis occurrence time and the skin sensitivity of allergen was done. Results The airborne pollen peak each year occurred in 2 seasons: in spring from March to April and in autumn August to October. The occurrence peak of the 89 pollinosis patients and the flowing peak time of airborne pollens on local area were coincident. The test on the pollen patients also showed that the allergic pollens with higher positive rate in the area were Artemisis L. and Ambrosin L. Conclusion The result of this research takes a very important foundation for the clinical diagnosis, therapy and precaution of pollinosis.
