腹腔镜阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术临床比较分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术（LA）与传统阑尾切除术（CA）的优缺点。方法：回顾性分析2003年4月～2007年4月,按意愿随机进行LA和CA的120例阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果：两组手术时间无差异（P〉0.05）,住院费用相似（P〉0.05）,腹腔镜组住院时间短（P〈0.05）,术后并发症少。结论：与CA比较,LA具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,是一种安全、理想的手术方式。

The clinical contrastive analysis between the laparoscopic appendectomy and conventional appendectomy

Objective:To explore the merits and defects of laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)and those of conventional appendectomy(CA).Methods:120 cases were performed LA or CA at random.The clinical data of two methods were summarized and contrasted from April 2003 to April 2007.Results:There was no deference between two methods in the mean operative time and the mean expenditure.LA had much less mean postoperative hospital stay and rate of complications than CA.Conclusion:It is no doubt that LA have many advantages obviously compare with CA.LA has advantages of little invasion,rapid recovery and fewer complications,it is a safe and ideal surgical alternative.
