Abstract:Increasing health need for patients are met by offering follow-up service towards patients discharged, by doing so, both patients'satisfactory degree and hospital's socially well-known degree increased and so does the market competence of the hospital. Hospital turning frompure medical care service into comprehensive one including medical care, prevention, health protection, rehabilitation etc.. As a result, thehospital's cultural features enriched and well-known brand for the hospital enhanced.Author's address: No. 252 Hospital of PLA, Baoding City, Hebei Province, 071000 .PRC.
