| 摘 要： | 目的：为了强化＂以患者为中心＂的护理服务理念,同时为临床护理管理工作提供客观依据。方法：分别对153例眼外伤致视力下降住院患者进行问卷调查。结果：陪伴护理纠纷的发生是由多因素相互作用所致,反映了患者不同的心理需求。结论：强化护理管理,提高护理工作质量,增强护士的主动服务意识,建立有效的医患沟通,重视满足患者的生活需要是解陪伴问题的关键。
