| 阿魏酸钠对血小板在大鼠过敏性休克中作用的影响 |

| 摘 要： | 阿魏酸钠能抑制抗原诱发的过敏性休克，经阿魏酸钠预处理后的致敏血小板或抗原攻击后的血小板上清液转输到非致敏动物体内不再发生过敏性休克效应，同时抗原攻击后的化学发光和形态学改变明显受抑，提示阿魏酸钠对血小板抗原特异性活化及由此导致的过敏性休克有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | ian Rulian(Department of Pharmacology, Zhejiang Medical University, Hangzhou 310006)Sodium ferulate could significantly inhibit the antigen-induced anaphylactic shock inrats. Transfusion of sensitized platelets which were pretreated with sodium ferulate orattacked by antigen to non-immunized rats could prevent the occurrence of anaphylacticshock. The chemiluminescence and morphological changes of antigen-induced plateletcould also be inhibited. It is suggested that the anti-allergy effect of sodium ferulate isclosely related to the interference of antigen-specific platelet activation. |
