| 摘 要： | 目的:评价伐昔洛韦联合小牛脾提取物治疗带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法:将95例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组(48例)给予伐昔洛韦片和小牛脾提取物注射液;对照组(47例)仅给予伐昔洛韦片,10天后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.42%,对照组总有效率68.09%,治疗组的止疱、结痂、止痛时间和总病程明显缩短。结论:伐昔洛韦联合小牛脾提取物治疗带状疱疹疗效优于单用伐昔洛韦。

| Abstract: | Objective：To assess the therapeutic efficacy and safety of calf spleen extraction injection combined with valaciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods： Ninety-five patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the treatment group （ 48 patients） were treatment with calf spleen extraction injection and oral valaciclovir. The patients in the control group （ 47 patients） were treatment with oral valaciclovir only. The therapeutic efficacy was assessed after 10 days. Results： The effective rate in the treatment group and control group were 85. 42% and 68. 09% respectively. The improvement of symptoms including the time of blister-stopping,skin-crust,pain-relief and total treatment duration was better in the treatment group than that in the control group. Conclusion： Calf spleen extraction injection com-bined with valaciclovir is more effective than valaciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. |
