| 摘 要： | 目的:研究以HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪提取物中黄芪皂苷Ⅰ,Ⅱ,乙酰黄芪皂苷Ⅰ的含量。方法:色谱柱为WelcC18(4.6 mm×250 mm5,μm),流动相为乙腈和水,梯度洗脱,流速1 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,漂移管温度80℃,气体(空气)压力为50 psi。结果:黄芪皂苷Ⅰ,Ⅱ,乙酰黄芪皂苷Ⅰ的平均回收率分别为101.16%,99.34%,100.43%,RSD分别为2.76%,2.28%,2.55%,含量分别为4.01%,1.70%,3.67%。结论:方法简单易行,结果可靠,分离效果好,可作为黄芪提取物中皂苷类成分定量的方法。
