健脾、温肾、疏肝、升清四法对IBS模型大鼠内脏敏感性及胃肠激素的作用研究

摘    要:目的]观察健脾、温肾、疏肝、升清四法对IBS模型大鼠内脏敏感性及胃肠激素的影响.方法]采用脑-肠互动指向性条件应激IBS大鼠模型.将实验动物随机分为空白组、模型组、健脾组、温肾组、疏肝组、升清组,观察各组大鼠排便次数及性状、AWR评分变化、腹壁肌电活动、组胺体外释放量;血浆中胃动素(MOT)、神经肽Y(NPY)的含量,观察不同中医治法对内脏敏感性及胃肠激素的影响.结果]模型组排便次数及性状、AWR评分变化、腹壁肌电活动、组胺体外释放量与空白组相比,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),而各中药组与空白组相比,无明显差异(P>0.05),中药组之间亦无明显差异(P>0.05).同时模型组MOT含量显著高于空白组,且存在统计学差异(P<0.01),模型组NPY含量显著低于空白组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,温肾组、健脾组具有统计学差异(P<0.05),疏肝组也具有统计学差异(P<0.01);升清组与模型组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疏肝组、温肾组、健脾组组间差异不具有统计学意义.结论]健脾、温肾、疏肝、升清四法均能改善D-IBS大鼠肠道敏感性,其作用可能与降低AWR积分,抑制肥大细胞过量活化相关,同时,温肾组、健脾组、疏肝组对MOT及NPY具有有效的调节作用,而升清法未能体现有效的调节作用.
