摘    要:目的:优选蛹虫草的提取工艺。方法:用多指标综合评分法,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以虫草素、腺苷、尿苷、多糖及出膏率为检测指标,考察了4种因素(溶剂用量、乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取次数)对其提取工艺的影响。结果:蛹虫草最佳提取工艺条件为加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论:本研究优化了蛹虫草的提取工艺,并为蛹虫草的进一步利用和产品开发提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Objective: To choose the optimal extracting process of Cordyceps militaris by multi-index synthetic evaluation method. Method: Using cordycepin, adenosine, uridineas, content of polysaccharides and paste rates as detecting index, orthogonal test method was used for studying with four extracting factors (the solid liquid ratio, alcohol concentration, the extracting time, the times of extracting) on the extracting process. Result: The optimum condition of C. militaris was: eight times of water, extracting one hour, three times. Conclusion: The study optimized extraction technology of C. militaris and provides the experimental basis for its further use and product development.
