民航飞行员健康体检外科情况分析

目的：了解民航飞行员外科的常见病、多发病,为航卫保障提供参考数据。方法：对2009-09～2010-08间华东地区民航飞行员的体检鉴定资料进行统计与分析。结果：①外科主要疾病谱的患病率依次为肥胖、胆囊息肉样病变、肝囊肿、肝内钙化灶、肾囊肿、肝血管瘤、肾钙化灶及各类外伤和手术。②除了肝内钙化灶外,其他疾病40岁及以上年龄组疾病检出率明显增加。结论：减少肥胖发病率为飞行员外科多发病中重要可控指标,应加强航卫保障措施。

The Analysis of the Surgical Exam Situation of Civil Aviation Pilots

Objective：To understand the surgery common disease and frequently-occurring disease of the civil aviation pilots,to provide reference data for the aircraft health protection.Methods：Analyse the statistical medical identification data of civil aviation pilots in east China from September 1st,2009 to August 31,2010.Results：①Surgery disease prevalence of the main spectrum in order of priority were obesity,gallbladder disease,liver cysts,liver calcification,renal cysts,hemangioma,kidney calcification and various types of trauma and surgery.②Except liver calcification,the rates of other diseases under test were higher significantly in 40 years old or more age group.Conclusions：The reduced incidence of obesity is the most important controlled pilot indicator in frequently-occurring diseases,so we should strengthen the safeguard mechanism of aviation hygiene.
