| 摘 要： | 目的]观察中药穴位贴敷治疗失眠症的临床疗效及安全性.方法]将80例失眠症患者随机分成治疗组40例和对照组40例.治疗组予中药穴位贴敷和艾司唑仑片口服,对照组予单纯艾司唑仑片口服,治疗2个月.观察匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分,并评价临床疗效.结果]治疗后两组临床疗效没有显著性差异（P＞0.05）;观察组PSQI总评分明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论]中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性失眠症具有更好的临床疗效,特别在改善睡眠质量、日间功能障碍和安眠药物依赖方面更明显.
